Scientific Divemaster Course

Blue Corner Dive Offers a Scientific Divemaster Course which is the full PADI Divemaster Course but with the benefit of adding marine conservation training taught by our in house marine biologist.

Our Scientific Divemaster Internship program starts with completing the full PADI Divemaster internship here at Blue Corner Dive. During the first 4 weeks of the PADI Divemaster program, you learn dive leadership skills through both classroom and independent study. You complete water skills and stamina exercises, as well as training exercises that stretch your ability to organize and solve problems.

This is an excellent course for those who want to further their diving career,  as it is a stepping stone into pursuing exciting opportunities in the recreational dive industry, scientific research diving or commercial dive training. 

Our throughout your divemaster training you get involved in weekly marine megafauna dives and underwater clean-ups.

After completing the PADI Divemaster course you will complete our Marine Conservation Internship modules. You can choose to add one to four of the following modules:

During your Scientific Internship you will be actively participating in the Nusa Islands Coral Restoration Project and recieve training for monitoring the coral reefs in the area.
