During this 6-day program students learn about various current methods in coral reef restoration, as well as take part in our active research project in the Nusa Penida Marine Park.

This week we did the following activities:

Impact assessment and mapping of the restoration site
Coral frame preparation and installation
Substrate preparation
Coral fragmentation & transplantation
Rope nursery building and maintenance
Monitoring of restoration site
